Cindy's Pies5 Academy St. Naples NY 14512 (585) 374-6122 Cindy Trzeciak started baking pies in 1978. She bakes from her home, and doesn't use any commercial equipment. Trzeciak is known as "the lady with the Dutch door," a half door which opens right to her kitchen. In the fall, Cindy makes large grape pies, small grape pies, grape tarts, grape bread, grape coffee cake, and grape-filled cookies.
